Gyms can be expensive, and sometimes they aren't an option. Maybe you live in a small town with no gym, or you're traveling and don't have access to a facility. Whatever the reason, there are plenty of great workout options for people without a gym membership! 

In this article I will discuss some great workout options for people with no gym membership. I will also provide tips on staying motivated and getting the most out of your workouts. Let's get started.

Spin Bikes

Spin bikes are a great option if you are looking for a great cardio workout. You can find them at most sporting goods stores, and they are relatively inexpensive. There are different types of home spin bikes to choose from, depending on your budget and needs. For instance, some offer features like heart rate monitors and resistance levels.

Spin bikes are a great way to increase your heart rate and burn calories. They are also low impact, so they are easy on your joints or great after injuries. If you have never used a spin bike before, plenty of instructional videos are available online. Start with a beginner's workout and gradually increase the intensity as you get more comfortable. Bodyweight Exercises
