The Ultradian rhythm is a rhythm of shorter cycles than the Circadian rhythm. Turns out that our productivity also fluctuates in cycles. On average we are 90 minutes productive but then need a 20 minute so called Ultradian Healing Response to stay productive throughout the day. This is just a fancy name for identifying when you need to rest during the day, and then making sure you get that rest. This is different from person to person so I recommend to experiment with it.
