As we wrote in our article about resistance training, you don't actually need a lot of accessories. One of the few things that we do recommend is a powerlifting or weightlifting belt. We like this model particularly because it has the same height of 10cm all way round. It gives you good stability to pursue your progressive overload. But don't use the belt all the time.
