The Super Coach is the most expensive but also the most effective plan on our Build Bullet-Proof Health Program.

The Super Coach offers a fully customized athletic performance plan, including a DEXA body composition scan and analysis. The coaching is high touch and highly individual.

It is best suited for specific event preparation or very specific goals or conditions. It includes all the features of the BASIC and PREMIUM plans.

Effective and great for building habits

The Super Coach program works very effectively for me. With my 100% customised program I already reduced my body weight from 75kg to currently 69.6kg and my body fat from 13.87% to 11.15%. These are great results. But what's more important for me is the focus on long-term habit change. My program only lasts 3 months but I want to keep progressing after the program. I have already adopted new habits and views especially regarding training, exercise science and nutrition. Nutrition is particularly powerful. it's very exciting. I highly recommend this program.

Great holistic approach to full body fitness

I've been on a lengthy fitness journey and learned a fair bit by myself over the years. However, it's been a great boost working with someone as knowledgable and dedicated as Manfred. A lot of programs out there are focused on a specific set of fitness hacks that don't get you anywhere in the long run, Manfred's approach is really different and focuses on how to get to a fitter overall lifestyle. Great progress so far and seeing results!
