Here is a Health Quick Tip:
If there are cookies at home, you will eat them. Everybody does. So, in order to avoid this, don’t even buy them in the first place. If you need something to snack, try to replace sweets with healthier options like fruits. For me personally it works to have papaya, pineapple, kiwi, carrot, or dried fruits (in most cases 😉). We don’t have to behave all the time. We have our lives to enjoy after all but we should behave at least most of the time. It is for our health.
