On the top, you see your coach and the ability to chat with him.
Next, you see your activities of the day. In this case, we present to you the Blueprint to a Successful Spartan Race Completion pdf.
Then you have your progress visualization.
At the bottom is the navigation bar. The next element in that bar shows you when your activities and workouts are scheduled on a daily or weekly basis.
You see one particular workout from your schedule: “Spartan Workout A.”
It has 3 sections: joint activation (=warm-up), the main suffer session, and a mobility part (=cool-down).
The main session is a circuit of various rounds that over time get progressively harder.
The focus is on core and upper body strength and includes cardio elements.
Burpees are an essential part too. They are the punishment for failing an obstacle. So you better get ready.
